Giverny/Paris: The Louvre {Day 10}

 {Day 10} Giverny/Paris: The Louvre

Giverny, last residence of Claude Monet is absolutely stunning.  We toured his house and gardens after driving what seemed like all day.  We arrived in Paris early evening and ate dinner at a cafe near our hotel in Saint Germaine.  We walked to the Louvre, giddy with excitement because we are actually in Paris and spent over 2 hours meandering through the galleries.

We are calling it a night since we have to get up early tomorrow for our day trip down near Orleans and Tours where we will see not one, but two famous castles!!
